COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.
Can you provide certificates of insurance for every vendor?
Yes. We maintain COIs, W-9s, and license records for every crew we dispatch and can name your property as additional insured where required.
What response times do you commit to?
Response tiers are defined in your service-level agreement. A typical agreement includes emergency response within hours, priority response same or next business day, and routine work scheduled within the week.
Do you handle multiple buildings under one agreement?
Yes. Multi-site agreements get one coordinator, per-building reporting, and consolidated or per-building invoicing, whichever your accounting prefers.
Can tenants submit requests directly?
Yes. Tenants and on-site managers can contact your coordinator directly. Requests are triaged against your SLA and reported to the property manager.
Do you work with existing vendors?
We can coordinate vendors you already trust inside our system, vet them to our standard, and fill gaps from our network.
