Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book one job?
Either. Many homeowners start with a single job, such as a furnace tune-up or a deep clean, and add a seasonal plan once they see how the coordination works. There is no minimum.
Who actually shows up at my house?
Vetted, insured professionals from our network, matched to the trade. Licensed trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are always performed by Minnesota-licensed technicians. Your coordinator tells you who is coming and when.
What does a property assessment cost?
The initial assessment and care plan are free. You only pay for services you approve, at the price quoted before the visit.
What if something goes wrong on a job?
Every visit ends with photo documentation. If the work does not meet the standard, your coordinator sends the crew back or reassigns the job at no additional cost to you.
Can you handle a house I am selling or just bought?
Yes. We work from inspection reports to price, sequence, and complete repairs, and we can run a move-in deep clean and a first-season maintenance setup.
